  • To ensure the highest level of service, all reservations follow the policies below:

    • Reservations: All bookings must be made through hotel concierge or directly via the Room 888 intake form. A valid name and room number are required to confirm service.

    • Confirmation: Services are confirmed once availability is verified and a confirmation email/text is sent.

    • Cancellations: Guests may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours prior without penalty. Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows will incur a 50% charge billed to the room.

    • Payment: All services will be billed directly to the guest’s room unless otherwise arranged. Gratuity is not included.

    • Timing: Please be in your room and ready at the scheduled appointment time. Delays of more than 15 minutes may shorten the service or be considered a cancellation.

    • Special Requests: For bridal, group, or extended appointments, at least 48 hours notice is required.
