To ensure the highest level of service, all reservations follow the policies below:

Reservations
Bookings may be made through your hotel concierge (who can confirm directly and charge the service to your room) or through the Room 888 intake form.
If booked through the concierge, no deposit is required.
Direct client bookings require a 10 % deposit to secure your appointment.

Confirmation
Services are confirmed once availability is verified and a confirmation email or text is sent.

Cancellations
Guests may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours prior without penalty.
Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows incur a 50 % charge billed to the room or card on file.

Payment
Services booked through partner hotels are billed directly to the guest’s room unless otherwise arranged.
For direct bookings, the remaining balance (after deposit) is due at the time of service.
Gratuity is not included.

Timing
Please be in your room and ready at the scheduled time. Delays over 15 minutes may shorten the appointment or be considered a cancellation.

Special Requests
Bridal, group, or extended services require at least 48 hours’ notice for scheduling.

What's included in the service? All services include professional application using premium products, full consultation to understand your vision, and any necessary touch-ups during the appointment. We bring everything needed - you just need to show up ready.

Do I need to provide anything? Nope! We arrive with a complete professional kit. Just make sure you're in your room at the scheduled time and ready for your service.

Can I request specific products or looks? Absolutely. We use our Signature Glam framework to match you with a look that fits your style and the occasion.
