I've spent 20 years in beauty. Building, scaling, and operating at every level:
Founded Joli Beauty Bar (2016-2020): Scaled to $100K revenue in 6 months, grew clientele 67%, featured in Women's Wear Daily, Allure, German Vogue, and named one of Time Out NYC's top-rated salons.
Led operations at MAC Cosmetics’ flagship SoHo (2022-2025): Exceeded sales goals, set regional CRM standards, managed teams of 4-6 artists, executed influencer activations and product launches.
Built Triple Eight Creative (2020-present): Partnered with The Crosby Hotel, Cos Bar, and MAC Cosmetics. Currently building 888 Partnerships to scale beauty services as hospitality infrastructure across NYC and beyond.
