To maintain an exceptional experience for all partners, Suite 888 bookings adhere to the following:
Reservations
Corporate activations and on-site experiences must be reserved through the partnership inquiry form or by contacting hello@tripleeightcreative.com.
No deposit is required for contracted partners; a 10 % deposit applies to non-partner corporate or private bookings.Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed once availability, logistics, and on-site details are verified by our coordination team.Cancellations
Cancellations received at least 48 hours before the scheduled event may be rescheduled without penalty.
Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will incur a 50 % fee of the contracted total.Payment
Corporate partners are invoiced directly per contract terms.
For non-partner activations, the remaining balance is due upon service completion.
Gratuity is not included.Timing & Setup
Artists arrive 30–45 minutes before start time for setup.
Delays in venue access may shorten service duration.Special Requests
Custom branding, product sponsorships, or large-scale events require two weeks’ notice for planning and approvals.llations within 12 hours or no-shows will incur a 50% charge billed to the room or charged card on file.Payment: All services will be billed directly to the guest's room unless otherwise arranged. Gratuity is not included.
Timing: Please be in your room and ready at the scheduled appointment time. Delays of more than 15 minutes may shorten the service or be considered a cancellation.
Special Requests: For bridal, group, or extended appointments, at least 48 hours notice is required.
