WHO WE ARE

Founded by Chardé Smith-Anglin, a beauty industry veteran with 10+ years of experience building premium beauty businesses, leading operations at scale, and executing flawless activations in high-pressure environments.

Joli Beauty Bar (2016-2020):
Chardé founded and operated Joli Beauty Bar on Manhattan's Lower East Side, turning the business from red to black within six months and scaling revenue to over $ 100 K. Joli became known for exceptional customer experiences—clients described it as "hanging out with friends"—and earned features in Women's Wear Daily, Allure, German Vogue, and Time Out NYC. At peak, Joli served 100+ clients monthly, executed 5+ bridal parties per month, and managed a team of 8-10 artists without compromising quality.

MAC Cosmetics (2022-2025):
As a Manager at MAC's flagship SoHo location, Chardé led operations, exceeded sales targets, and set regional standards for client retention and CRM strategy. She executed influencer activations and product launches, and as a store, ranked #1 company-wide in VIVA Glam sales. She also witnessed the market gap firsthand: hotel guests consistently seeking professional beauty services for events and travel, frustrated by the lack of trusted, convenient options.

Triple Eight Creative (2020-Present):
Chardé built influencer partnerships and community activations for premium clients, including The Crosby Hotel, Cos Bar, and MAC Cosmetics, and managed campaign operations across outreach and gifting, content strategy, and reporting. 888 Partnerships is the scalable version of what she's been doing successfully for over a decade—delivering premium beauty experiences in hospitality environments.

Triple Eight Creative is NYC-based and currently serving the NYC metro area with plans to expand to LA, Miami, and Chicago.
