THE AMBITIOUS WOMAN

Over the last few weeks, there's been a lot of talk about The Ambitious Woman.

What most people don't understand is that being an ambitious woman is sometimes the only thing you have. No matter how hard you try to fit in, your ideas are always too big. You say the wrong things. You constantly feel like you're too much and not enough at the same time.

At some point, there's a shift — and you make the decision to just not give a fuck.

I've been thinking about this a lot lately — especially as I watch the Emma Grede discourse unfold online. People picked apart her interviews promoting Start with Yourself. They dissected her tone, her confidence, her audacity to take up space.

And it hit me: This is what ambitious women in beauty face every single day.

We're told to be polished, but not too perfect.
Bold, but not too loud.
Confident, but not intimidating.

The beauty industry both empowers and polices us.

It gives us tools to show up powerfully — and then punishes us when we do.

Here's what nobody tells you:

Your glam is part of your armor.

When you walk into a pitch meeting with a bold lip, you're making a statement.
When you show up to a panel with a clean face and natural glow, you're making a different one.
Both are valid. Both are intentional. Both are yours.

The Signature Glam System exists because I got tired of the beauty industry telling ambitious women how to look.

Statement Maker isn't "too much" — it's camera-ready confidence.
Soft Power isn't shrinking — it's strategic subtlety.
High Gloss isn't vanity — it's main character energy.

Your glam style is how you show up when you've decided to stop apologizing for taking up space.

I've learned more about myself as a solo founder over the last year than I ever expected.

Having the audacity to build something I want to see in the world forces you to grow tough skin.

And the more you elevate in your career, the more you realize: Nobody is going to coddle you.

People are always going to create a perception of you that has more to do with them than you.
Their idea of who you are has nothing to do with you.

People are going to critique you no matter what you do.

So you might as well do what you want, say what you want, and live a life that allows you to have no regrets.

Life is hard enough.

Don't shrink yourself to fit anyone else's narrative.

And if you need a reminder of who you are when you walk into the room?

That's what your Signature Glam style is for.

Not to hide behind.

To show up as.
